Wrishi Basu
Founder, Managing Director
Wrishi has over 20-year experience of developing software product and services. His professional journey started as a software engineer and organically progressed on to leadership roles. Wrishi has worked extensively with ambitious start-ups and scale-ups, that have successful exit events or currently excelling within their niche.
He has been managing product and delivery functions for over 10 years, providing strategic direction and hands-on leadership. Wrishi has built, expanded and trained multiple high-performing product and delivery teams. He is proficient in leading global teams of product managers, project managers, UX designers, solution architects and software engineers.
Wrishi is has a master’s degree in software engineering from University of Sheffield, an MBA from Kingston University London, certification in health technology from Imperial College London, certifications in artificial intelligence from University of Oxford.
Wrishi is passionate about various social causes, currently volunteering with Royal Berkshire Charity at the Royal Berkshire Hospital in Reading, UK. He lives in Reading, UK, with his wife Shital, a Market Research Director, and their son.
